Shipping, Returns & Store Policies

LIRA is an independent Lebanese streetwear brand. Everything below is how we actually work — no hidden conditions.

Delivery

We deliver across all of Lebanon. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Lebanon.
Delivery time: 2–5 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Payment

We work with cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order reaches you.
All prices on this site are in USD.
Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

Before your order arrives

We contact you on the phone number you entered at checkout to confirm your address and the delivery time. Please make sure that number is correct and reachable — if we can't reach you, your delivery will be delayed.

Size exchange

You can exchange an item for a different size within 3 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.
Exchanges depend on stock. If your size isn't available, message us and we'll agree on an alternative with you directly.
Sizes run from S to XXL.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We replace it at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

We do not issue cash refunds. Orders are exchanged or replaced as described above. If something can't be solved with an exchange or a replacement, contact us and we'll work it out with you directly.

Not eligible for exchange

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Items returned without their original tags or packaging.
Items damaged after delivery.
Requests made more than 3 days after delivery.

Privacy

When you order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and email — only so we can confirm, pack and deliver your order, and contact you about it. We don't sell or share your information with anyone outside of what's needed to complete your delivery. Our store runs on Shopify, which processes and stores this order data on our behalf. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us.
